The staff was polite, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city just next door to Sao Bento train station, the bridge. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the check in was very quick. Extra breakfast were not a big deal too.

Gorgeous hotel, breakfast each day was exceptional and the location so close to everything was incredible. I loved how pleasant and welcoming the staff members were. Had updated new-fashioned room with exceptionally comfortable bed. The stay was absolutely great.

The folks working here were amicable and we loved its central location. Breakfast offered lots of tasty meals. Spacious room. The staff did all they can for a pleasant enough stay. Public parking was nearby, polite service.
